Made to your requirements

Designed to be strong, durable and above all secure, our composite and residential doors are manufactured to exceptional standards. The subframe of the door is made using a solid, water-resistant polymer that is reinforced with LVL (laminated, veneered lumber).

Thermoset GRP (glass reinforced plastic) skins are bonded to the door subframe and filled with polyurethane foam. Not only is this high-density, it is also 100% CFC-free.

Heat and sound insulation

At Trade Glazing Systems, our composite doors are created with a GRP skin and polyurethane foam core. These features ensure the finished product is not only strong and highly durable, but also heat and sound insulated to optimum levels.

No matter what style of composite door you opt for, you'll have peace of mind knowing it's manufactured to industry standards. Every composite door exceeds the Approved Document L of the Building Regulation requirements and meets Outdoor-Indoor Transmission Class: 26db and Sound Transmission Class (STC): 29db.
